Selected candidates must project a positive image that is representative of the customer service expectations and security standards of our customers and Andy Frain Services®.

Training of Security Professionals:

Provided by an in-house, corporate trainer for Andy Frain Services®. This training is completed at the start of the assignment, or when a new security guard is hired. Additional on-the-job training and immediate feedback is provided on a routine basis throughout the course of operations. Security training is further reinforced through participation in regularly scheduled drills and exercises.
